A lifelong resident of New Jersey, born in Hoboken and raised in Union City, Ron and his family are well known throughout North Jersey. After completing his undergraduate work at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, Ron received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Ron focuses his practice in the area of Personal Injury, where he has recovered tens of millions of dollars in damages for his clients.
In addition to his Personal Injury practice, Ron represents several Municipalities in collective bargaining agreements, interpretation of local government and Municipal law, housing guidelines, and labor law. Ron was also appointed to several Municipalities as a Municipal Prosecutor including Jersey City, Upper Saddle River and Woodridge.
Ron is the recipient of several awards including the Good Neighbor Award, and he was named to the Hall of Fame for Emerson High School in Union City, New Jersey. After completing her undergraduate and law school degrees at Temple University in Philadelphia, Shelley Albert was an Assistant District Attorney for the prestigious New York County District Attorney’s Office in Manhattan. Under the direction of her boss, Robert Morgenthau, Shelley was a Felony Trial Assistant District Attorney. There, she was responsible for prosecution of thousands of felonies. She personally handled all forms of investigations and preparation through jury trial and verdict, and she was accepted to Homicide call and the Sex Crimes Unit. She trained and supervised other Assistant District Attorneys, handled Court calendars for Office of the District Attorney, worked in conjunction with various law enforcement agencies, criminal justice agencies, and victim’s rights groups. Her cases included narcotic felonies, fraud including welfare and identity fraud, violent street crime, robbery patterns, sexual crimes including offenses against children, homicide, police shooting investigations, and Grand Jury investigations.
Since being in private practice, Shelley has focused her practice in Criminal Defense and all aspects of Family Law litigation including Domestic Violence, International disputes, and Hague jurisdictional cases. Shelley has personally tried over 100 jury trial cases to verdict in her career.
Focusing her skills, Shelley has a concentration on International Parental Abduction and Hague matters in both the Federal and State systems, and has assisted parents in the return of their abducted children. Shelley has also provided expert testimony concerning our Family Court system in foreign jurisdictions and is called upon to teach Continuing Legal Education courses for other attorney in her practice areas.
Shelley is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, the Federal District Court in New Jersey, the First and Second Federal Districts in New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
Currently, in addition to her practice, Shelley volunteers her time for Legal Services of New Jersey, and she has acted as a mentor for young attorneys.

Brian E. Eyerman, LL.M., Esq., one of the firm’s partners, a native of New Jersey has enjoyed the vast array of experiences in taking his education in different areas of the Untied Sates and abroad. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida then attended and graduated from Rutgers University-Camden School of Law in the greater Philadelphia area. He was accepted into the United Kingdom’s prestigious University of Southampton’s Institute of Maritime Law program to study and earn his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the areas on maritime and international trade. Upon returning to the United States, he joined Dario, Albert, Suarez, & Eyerman, LLC first as an associate and was named partner in 2008.

Marilyn Canda focuses her practice solely in the area of family law specializing in high conflict cases involving child custody, relocation, support, equitable distribution, business valuation and other complex legal and financial issues. Prior to joining this firm in 2019, she was a partner in the firm of Finnerty, Canda, & Concannon,
for over 16 years.
In 1996 Ms. Canda received her J.D. from Rutgers University where she was the recipient of the Deborah Michael Richards Memorial Award for Excellence in Family Law. She has participated in the Family Law Inns of Court, and she is a member of New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. She has also lectured and written articles about New Jersey Family Law Issues. Ms. Canda received her B.A in English from Montclair State University. Ms. Canda has been voted by her peers as a New Jersey Super Lawyer’s Rising Star from 2006-2010 and a Super Lawyer from 2012-2013. She currently sits as a Panelist on the Early Settlement Program in Passaic County.

During his tenure at the Firm, Mr. Concannon worked closely with John E. Finnerty, Esq., one of the leading Matrimonial Attorneys in the State of New Jersey, and assisted Mr. Finnerty in crafting new Court Rule changes and proposed Statutory Amendments in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Concannon specializes in complex financial issues, high net worth cases, business valuations, alimony, child support and college contribution cases, custody and relocation matters, domestic violence matters, and other complex family matters. Born in Bronx , New York, Wilfredo moved to West New York. New Jersey at the age of five, where he attended grammar school and high school. He attended Seton Hall University where he received a BS in Finance and JD at Seton Hall School of Law. Wilfredo returned to the Bronx as Assistant District Attorney. Special Investigations Bureau , where he investigated and litigated numerous high profile cases. In 1996 ,he returned to New Jersey and developed a private practice.
Wilfredo specializes in the areas of criminal, family, land use ,real estate, and governmental representation. He represents numerous municipalities and counties in a variety of roles, including but not limited to special counsel, public defender , planing board attorney, tenant advocate, director of legal aid and outside litigation counsel. He has held the position of town attorney, labor attorney, rent control attorney, and health board attorney to name a few.

David M. Krouse, Esq. focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense and regularly appears in New Jersey Superior Court and in the Municipal Courts.
Before joining the firm, David served as law clerk to the Honorable Gary N. Wilcox in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Family Part. After graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Justice Studies from Montclair State University, he attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. While in law school, David concentrated his studies in the areas of family law and criminal law. David was an intern with the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C., Bergen Vicinage, Criminal Division, and also served as an intern with a domestic violence advocacy center in Providence, Rhode Island. David also holds an associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Bergen Community College.
